MHA TET 2021: Maharashtra State Council of Teaching is going to conduct the Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test 2021 on October 10, 2021. Registration is also underway on the official website mahatet.in. Candidates can apply for MHA TET 2021 till August 25, 2021. According to the official notification, the admit card for MAHATET 2021 is likely to be issued on September 25, 2021.



However, there are less than two months left for this test. In such a case, candidates appearing for the MAHATET 2021 should have a clear strategy and study plan to clear the exam. Like other competitive exams, this state eligibility test is also quite difficult. Hard work is required to crack this exam. Let's learn the tips, tricks, and study plan to score well in the exam.
 
1- Must be aware of syllabus and paper pattern
Firstly, Candidates should know about the MAHATET 2021 syllabus and paper pattern. The paper contains 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Candidates are given 90 minutes to solve the entire paper. For each correct answer, candidates are awarded 1 mark each. There is no negative marking for the wrong answers. The eligibility test consists of two papers - Paper I for classes 1-5 and paper II for classes 6 to 8. Paper I include English, Marathi, Mathematics, Campus Study, Environmental Studies, Child Psychology, and Pedagogy. Similarly, paper-II includes English, Marathi, Child Psychology and Pedagogy, Mathematics, and Social Science subjects.


2- Correct study material
The second tip after understanding the syllabus is to refer to the correct study material. Studying with the right reference books can help improve the base of the candidates' knowledge. In addition, such books have a group of questions just like the questions asked in the eligibility test.

There are many different subjects covered in MAHATET 2021 exam and hence, it is most important to mention the required study material. Candidates can refer to these few books including Chhaya Maharashtra Primary TET Challenger in English, ET Paper 1 and 2 - Full Guide Marathi MH-TET, Fasttrack Maths (MPSC, TET-CET), Upper Primary TET Social Studies/ Social Science, 3200 MCQ, TET Environmental Studies, etc. However, these books are only for reference candidates can follow other relevant books as well.


3- Stronghold on language required
In addition to choosing the right study material, candidates should have a good grip on the language. It is not only useful for succeeding in MAHATET 2021 exam but also helps in communication with students. Candidates must read English and Marathi newspapers either every day or on alternate days. Newspapers like Times of India, Hindustan Times, Lokmat, and Maharashtra Times can be useful for improving language skills.


4- Solving mock-tests
The syllabus of MAHATET 2021 exam is quite massive. There is a lot to learn, understand and remember. There is a wide range to remember, ranging from maths formulas to grammar rules for the language. Thus, in such a situation mock tests are very useful. Mock tests help to remember and apply various concepts in stressful environments. They also help develop time management. So, do solve mock tests. It also gives an idea of what kind of questions can be asked in the exam and how prepared are you to answer those questions.


5- Solve last year's question papers
Along with mock tests, MAHATET's last year's question papers also work as a useful preparation tool to succeed in eligibility tests. Candidates can get answers to last year's question papers from various online portals.


6- Make a list of the Maths formulas and keep revising
All necessary formulas related to Maths should be listed. This list can be useful when solving MCQs. A candidate must revise this list several times before appearing for the exam. In this way, candidates can easily revise all the formulas for the actual exam.


7- Make personal notes for revision
Also, underline or note important points in subjects such as Social Studies and Environmental Studies.  Both these topics are mostly theoretical and factual, so make personal notes for last-minute revision to learn things better.
