IB Recruitment 2023: Apply For 995 ACIO Grade-2 Posts On mha.gov.in

The shortlisting of candidates for the IB ACIO Recruitment 2023 shall be done on the basis of a two-tier written examination, followed by an interview.

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has started inviting applications for the Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2023. The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill a total of 995 vacancies in the Intelligence Bureau for the post of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade-2 (IB ACIO). Eligible and interested candidates who wish to participate in the recruitment drive can submit their registration cum application forms for the recruitment on the official website - mha.gov.in. The last date to apply for the IB Recruitment 2023 is December 15, 2023. 

While applying for the IB ACIO Recruitment 2023, candidates will be required to pay a processing fee of Rs 450. Male candidates from the Unreserved (UR), Economically Weaker Section, and Other Backward Classes will also have to pay an examination fee of Rs 100. To apply for the recruitment, candidates must be aged between 18 to 27 years, and graduate in any discipline from a recognised university. 

The shortlisting of candidates for the recruitment shall be done through a two-stage examination followed by an interview round. Candidates will be able to choose a maximum of five preferred test centres for the Tier-1 Examination while applying for the recruitment. 

The Tier-1 Exam shall consist of 100 objective-type questions from Current Affairs, General Studies, Numerical aptitude, Reasoning/logical aptitude, and English. The full marks of the examination shall be 100, and candidates will be given a maximum time limit of 1 hour to answer all questions in the exam. 

The Tier-2 Exam of the IB ACIO Recruitment 2023 shall be a descriptive type test consisting of Essay Writing, English comprehension & précis writing.
