Bharat Petroleum has released an official notification for recruitment to the posts of Junior Executive and Secretary. Interested candidates can apply after checking their eligibility. BPCL Recruitment: Educational Qualification Required
Junior Executive (Quality Assurance): The candidate must have a BSc degree in Chemistry with specialisation in Organic, Physical, Inorganic or Analytical Chemistry from a recognised university. The candidate must have a minimum of 60% (or equivalent CGPA). SC/ST/PwBD candidates will need 55%.
In addition, the candidate must have a Diploma in Chemical Engineering (3-year course) with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA). This has been reduced to 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. The candidate must have at least 5 years of post-qualification work experience in a laboratory in the Petroleum/Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry.
Secretary: The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree (3-year course) from a recognised university, minimum 70% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in Class 12 and Class 10. This has been reduced to 65% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. In addition, the candidate must have a minimum of 6-month Diploma or Certificate in Administrative Secretarial, PA/Executive Assistant/Secretarial Work/Office Management. The candidate must also have at least 5 years of work experience.

BPCL Recruitment Age Limit
The maximum age of the candidate is 29 years for both these posts. However, age relaxation will be given to reserved category candidates.
Application Fee: Candidates will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 1,180. However, SC, ST and PwBD candidates are exempted from the application fee.
Selection Process: The selection process may be multi-step. This may include application screening (based on educational qualification, work experience, etc), written/computer-based exams, case-based discussion, group tasks, personal interviews, etc. The features of the selection process will be determined based on the number of applications received. The pay scale for a Junior Executive is ₹30,000 - ₹1,20,000.
