The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) will close the registration process for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Screening Test (JNVST) 2024 for admissions to Class 6. Interested candidates who are yet to apply for Navodaya Vidyalaya Class 6 Admissions 2024 can register for the JNVST 2024 on the official website - cbseitms.rcil.gov.in/nvs. There is no application fee for JNVST 2023 for Class 6 Admissions. Candidates may note that following the seizure of fresh registrations for JNVST 2024 for Class 6, registered candidates would be able to make corrections in their submitted applications and update their submitted data like gender, category, area, disability and medium of JNVST 2024 Exam through the application correction window till September 2, 2023.
As per the official schedule, the NVS will conduct the JNVST 2024 for Class 6 in two phases. In the first phase, the exam will be held on November 4, 2023, at 11:30 AM, while the second phase of the exam will be held on January 20, 2024, at 11:30 AM. While the NVS is yet to announce the JNVST 2024 Admit Card release date, the JNVST 2024 Result is scheduled to be released by March/ April 2024, as per the official brochure.
Candidates may note that those currently studying in class 5 are eligible to apply for the JNVST 2024 for Class 6 Admissions. However, a candidate must have studied in a government recognized school in the same district where the JNV in which the candidate seeks admission is located. Candidates who have passed their Class in academic sessions earlier than 2023-24, or those who have previously appeared for the JNVST are not eligible to apply for JNV Class 6 Admissions 2024. - In the new page that opens, register online
- Fill in the application form with all details and submit the application
