Students keen to take admissions in the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) must keep a close tab on the official website of JNU – jnu.ac.in to download the e-prospectus and submit their online application once the same is enabled tomorrow.
In a first, the JNUEE 2019 exam will comprise of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and will be organized in online mode by the National Testing Agency – NTA. As per the official information, NTA will conduct the Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination (JNUEE) 2019 from 27th May to 30th May 2019, this year.
“JNU would be adopting digitalisation in its entrance examination process in line with major academic institutions and central universities such as IIT, BHU, Delhi University, the central universities common entrance test, etc. In order to increase its outreach among the student fraternity, the JNU entrance examination would be conducted in 127 cities across India, which is a 2.5-fold increase from past years,” stated Deepak Gaur, Director (Admissions) & Professor (Biotechnology), Jawaharlal Nehru University.
“The computer-based test would comprise multiple choice questions in all disciplines and would not require any special knowledge of computers or technical proficiency,” stated the Admissions Director JNU, adding that NTA will enable test practice centres to familiarize the aspiring students with the CBT pattern.
