Success Story Of IAS Topper Neha Bhosle: Some people are always looking for new things to do from a career perspective. Despite securing good jobs, they try to look for novelty in their professional lives. Neha Bhosle chose a similar path, and after working for few years, she made up her mind to prepare for UPSC. Initially, she tried to study for UPSC while working full-time. However, she could not clear the exams due to the lack of preparation. But after quitting her job, she successfully cleared the UPSC examination. In 2019, she fulfilled her dream of joining the IAS cadre by securing an All-India Rank 15.


Neha Worked for 3 Years After Completing MBA 
After her intermediate, Neha, who hails from Mumbai, earned her engineering degree from Mumbai University. After her engineering, she wanted to do something new. She cleared the IIM entrance and secured admission for MBA. After her MBA, she got a decent job. She worked for about 3 years. However, she always wanted to pave a new path for herself. She decided to now prepare for the UPSC exam. 


Neha's UPSC Journey
The first time she appeared for the UPSC exam, she was working full-time. Her exam preparations fell short because of her work commitments and she failed on her first attempt. In 2017, she quit her job and devoted her time to her studies. For about 2 years, she worked really hard. Finally, in the year 2019, she cleared the UPSC exam and became an IAS officer.

Neha's Advice to Others
Neha Bhosale believes that if you passionately dedicate a few years to prepare for UPSC, then you can definitely succeed. According to her, one needs to adopt the right strategy and ace time management. If you prepare well at the right time and in the right direction, then you will succeed.
