New Delhi: The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) class 10 results are not going to be declared today. On Sunday, reports had said that BSEH was likely to announce Haryana Board Class 10 result on Monday, June 8. Aboard spokesperson has said that "Haryana Board of School Education will declare results of 338,096 candidates, who appeared for the secondary examination, on June 8."

Haryana Board was unable to conduct all the exams due to the pandemic and the nationwide lockdown.  Subjects that were left included science and an optional exam of physical education/ Sanskrit/ fine arts/ music, etc. The results that were going to be declared today was supposed to be on the basis of the evaluation of four subjects by including the average marks of the fifth subject (science subject).  It was decided that an examination will be conducted later for students opting for the science stream in Class 11. But according to report By PTI, the Board has now decided to conduct the science exam first and postpone the declaration of the results.

The Board said in a PTI report ‘that the class 10 exam results will now be declared only after holding the examination of Science subject, which had to be cancelled earlier amide the COVID lockdown. The results would now be declared only after holding the examination and evaluating its answer scripts.’

The results were supposed to be declared on the board's official website - bseh.org.in. The board has not declared the exact date for releasing the results.
