EMRS Recruitment 2021: The Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) has invited online applications for the recruitment of Principal, Vice Principal, PGTs, and TGTs on its official website. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the positions online at recruitment.nta.nic.in on or before May 31, 2021. However, the last date to submit the registration fee is June 1, 2021.
The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 3479 vacancies, out of which, 1944 vacancies are for Trained Graduate Teacher, 1244 for Post Graduate Teacher, 175 for Principals, and 116 for Vice Principal. The recruitment examination is scheduled to be conducted in the first week of June 2021, in two shifts, i.e from 9 am to 12 noon in the first shift and from 3 to 6 pm in the second shift. The total duration of the examination is three hours. The dates for releasing the admit card will be notified later on the official website.
"One mark (+1) shall be awarded to every correct answer and (-0.25) shall be deducted for every incorrect answer. Unanswered/Marked for Review will not be given any marks," reads the official notice.
Candidates applying for the position of Principal and Vice-Principal will have to pay the application fee of Rs 2000, while for those aspirants who are applying for TGT and PGT Posts, the registration fee is Rs 1500. However, candidates belonging to the SC/ST category are exempted from the payment of the registration fee. "The fee can be submitted only online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI or Services. Processing charges and GST as applicable are chargeable to the candidate (in addition to the examination fee) by the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway Integrator," reads the official notice.
