CGBSE Result 2019: Chhattisgarh Board 10th and 12th Results Not Releasing Today, Official Result Date Awaited

CGBSE Result 2019: Students must know that their results would be hosted on the official website of Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education – cgbse.nic.in.

CGBSE Result 2019:The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) is expected to release the CGBSE Result 2019 anytime soon. As per various reports doing rounds online, CGBSE was likely to announce Class 10^th and 12^th results today i.e. on 8^th May 2019, however, there’s no official confirmation from the Board. Some news portals who claim to have contacted the Board Officials have confirmed that the results will not be declared today as the preparation for Class 10^th and 12^th result declaration is underway. The results are likely to be declared on 10^th or 11^th May 2019, but not on 8^th May 2019. Students must know that their results would be hosted on the official website of Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education – cgbse.nic.in.

CGBSE had organized the Class 10^th Board examinations from 1^stto 23^rd March 2019. The Class 12^th examinations were conducted from 2^nd to 29^th March 2019.

As per initial assumptions, more than 6 lakh students had appeared for the Chhattisgarh Board Class 10^th and 12^th Examinations this year. Out of which, approximately 3.84 lakh students sat for Class 10^th exams and around 2.66 lakh had appeared for the Class 12^th examination.

In 2018, CGBSE Results for Class 10^th and 12^th were announced on 9^th May 2018. The pass percentage of Class 10^th Students was recorded at 68.04% with 69.40% girls passing the exams and 66% boys were declared pass.For Class 12^th, 77% students qualified the exams. The pass percentage of boys and girls stood at 74.45% and 79.04% respectively. The results were announced by State’s School Education Minister, Shri Kedar Kashyap in a Press Conference called at Chhattisgarh Pareeksha Bhawan.

How to check CGBSE Class 10^th 12^th Result 2019?

Step 1 – Visit the official website – cgbse.nic.in

Step 2 – On the left side of home page, under Student’s Section, click on exam results

Step 3 – Select the result you wish to check (10^th/12^th) from the drop down menu

Step 4 – A new page will open

Step 5– Enter your roll number and other requisite details

Step 6 – Click on ‘Submit’ tab to view your results

Step 7 – Your result will be displayed

Step 8 – Download and take a printout for future reference
