Despite rising coronavirus cases, the Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) has not made any announcement of delaying the date of examination. In January 2020, CBSE announced that the 14th edition of the CTET will be conducted on July 5, 2020. The CTETs will be conducted in 20 languages across 112 cities around the country.
A total of 24,05,145 teachers took the exam and 5,42,285 of them or 22.55 percent qualified in the last exam held in December 2019. The result for CTET December 2019 was released on December 28, 2019.
Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) examination will be conducted to appoint eligible candidates for the posts of teachers for Class I to VIII. The examination scores shall be applied to schools of the Central Government (KVS, NVS, Central Tibetan Schools, etc.) and schools under the administrative control of Union Territories of Chandigarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and NCT of Delhi.

Here's how to download the admit card:
- Visit the official website of CTET.
- On the homepage, you will find “CTET July 2020 Admit Card”.
- Fill the details requested which include registration number and date of birth/password and press Submit.
- You will be directed to the screen where your admit card will be displayed.
- Download and take a print of the admit card.
