The CBSE Class 10th Science paper comprised of 27 questions, and there was a good balance of easy, moderate and tricky questions in the overall Class 10th Science Paper today. Numerical based questions were straight from the NCERT books and so were diagrams, though few in number.
3-mark questions in Section C could be attempted swiftly by average students; while questions in Section E appeared tricky and were aimed at gauging how well the students understood basic concepts of Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
To students’ satisfaction nothing was out of syllabus and the paper was conducted smoothly without any chaos or surprise for the students in internal choices or otherwise.
Length-wise too, the paper could be attempted within the allotted 3 hours.
The students expect to score well in the Class 10th Science Paper. Overall, out of total 80 marks, students who had prepared well and practiced NCERT thoroughly can be expected to score 70+, while average students can churn 60+ marks from today’s exam.
