New Delhi: Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on Tuesday released Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10 and Class 12 exams datesheet. The minister took to Twitter to release the datesheet of CBSE Class 10 and 12 board examinations.
Students preparing for board examination for session 2020-21, will be able to check and download CBSE board exam datesheet from the official website of the board i.e. cbse.nic.in or cbseacademic.nic.in.

The CBSE Board Exams 2021 for both the classes, 10th and 12th, will be held in the offline mode from May 4 to June 10 while Practical board exams will commence from March 1. Earlier, the Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' had revealed that the CBSE 10 and 12 results will be announced by 15th July.

Both the Union Ministry of Education and the CBSE had made it clear that the examinations will have to be taken at the examination centre itself in the pen and paper mode, like every year. There isn't any provision for an online mode of test.
As informed previously, there will be 33 percent internal choices in the exam thus giving students a better opportunity to score marks. Overall, the marks are going to be given on an 80:20 basis, as usual, that is theory papers will carry 80 marks and internal assessment will be of 20 marks.

Students have been advised to check the latest sample papers and markings scheme for 2021. According to media reports, the Board has also clarified during a meeting with select school principals that the practical exams will be held in school labs rather than online labs or O-labs.
