Change In Scoring System

From this year, CBSE will discontinue the practice of providing overall divisions, distinctions or aggregate scores for class 10 and 12 board exams. For students taking more than five subjects, the responsibility of choosing the five subjects for consideration will rest with the admitting institution or employers. This decision aims to reduce the burden on students by abolishing the issuance of merit lists and discouraging unhealthy competition.
