BSE Odisha Result 2019: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha is likely to declare Odisha Board Class 10^th Result 2019 today at 11am on its official websites - bseodisha.nic.in & orissaresults.nic.in. A few news and media houses claim to have confirmed the date and time of BSE Odisha Results 2019 from the Board’s President Jahan Ara Begum. The BSE President had earlier yesterday quashed reports of results being declared on 20^th May 2019 and had suggested Board Officials to refrain from speaking to media to avoid speculations.

As per early estimates, approximately 5.23 lac students had appeared for the Class 10^th exams held from 23^rd February to 8^th March 2019, this year.

In 2018, a total of 6,22,084 students took the Class 10^th exams, out of which 5,40,443 students were declared pass, registering overall pass percentage of 86.7%. Baleswar district had recorded the highest pass percentage of 88.25%. A total of 1,715 students had passed their exams with flying colors by securing A1, while 15,689 had obtained A2, 39,252 B1 and 68,009 students had got B2 grade. On the flip side, a total of 36 schools had recorded zero results.

The declaration of BSE Odisha HSC Result 2019 got delayed this year due to Cyclone Fani. The power supply in the state got majorly hit due to the cyclonic storm.
