Eligibility Criteria:
Engineer Trainee in (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Chemical): The applicant must possess full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Technology or Five year integrated Master’s degree or Dual Degree programme in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of Mechanical or Electrical or Civil or Chemical Engineering from a recognized Indian University/ Institute or
Executive Trainee in (HR):
The applicant must possess full-time regular Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian University with at least 60% marks in aggregate in all years. S/he should also have two years full-time regular Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management and Industrial Relations/ Social Work/ Business Administration with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare or HRM from a recognized Indian University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks in aggregate of all years/semesters.
Executive Trainee in (Finance):
The applicant must possess full-time regular Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian University. S/he must be Qualified Chartered or Cost and Works Accountants from recognised Institutions in India.
Age Limit:
Engineer Trainee in (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Chemical):
The upper age limit for the candidates is 27 years as on 1 st April 2019. However, for candidates with two years’ full-time Post Graduate in Engineering or Business Administration/ Management the upper age limit is 29 years.
Executive Trainee in (HR & Finance)
The applicants must fall under the age limit of 29 years as on 1st April 2019.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of a Computer Based Examination (CBE) for Interviews (in 1:7 ratio for the respective discipline and category). The final merit list will be made on the basis of 75% weightage to Examination Score and 25% weightage to Interview round.
Pay Scale:
The selected candidates will undergo a training period of one year during which they’ll be placed in the pay scale of Rs 50,000-1,60,000/-. The successful trainees will then be placed in the pay bracket 60,000-1,80,000/- with basic pay of Rs 60,000/-. Apart from the basic pay, candidates will be eligible to receive Dearness Allowance (Currently 10.0% of Basic Pay), Perks and other Allowances (31% of Basic Pay) and other benefits like Leave, Medical facilities for self and dependent family members, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Performance Related Pay, Uniform, Subsidized Canteen Facilities, Company’s accommodation or HRA etc. as applicable from time to time.
The approximate Cost To Company i.e. CTC for the post of ETs is Rs 12.0 Lakhs per annum.
