Ashoka University achieved impressive placement results for the 2023-24 academic year, with the highest salary package reaching Rs 35 lakhs and an average of Rs 10.7 lakhs. About 47% of the placed students had received financial aid. The consulting sector saw the highest placements at 18%, followed by edtech/education at 16% and BFSI at 15%. The development sector offered the highest package of Rs 20 lakhs. 






Mckinsey & Company, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Accenture, Genpact, Flipkart, HSBC, Pidilite, Marico, TATA AIG, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Adobe and Michael Page were among the notable recruiters.


“Another excellent year of on-campus placements at Ashoka, including in a wide-array of sectors, is testament to the university’s emphasis on multi-disciplinary and inclusive education. It reflects the ability of our students who are well-equipped with 21st century skills such as problem solving, creativity and communication. This includes tailored boot camps for specific career paths, industry-specific sessions, personalised support on resumes and mock interviews, among other interventions.
