New Delhi: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal encouraged parents of students attending schools under the Delhi government and MCD to participate in the parent-teacher meetings to discuss their children's progress. Delhi Education Minister Atishi and Deputy Mayor Aaley Mohd Iqbal engaged with parents of students at Veer Savarkar Sarvodaya Vidyalaya in preparation for the upcoming parent-teacher meeting.


Taking to 'X', Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal wrote, "Parents play a big role in the success of children. Today is Parents' Day in all the schools of the Delhi Government and MCD. Today and tomorrow Mega-PTM is being organized in all the schools of the Delhi Government and Municipal Corporation.”


"I request all the parents that like always, you should come to their school with your children today, talk to the teachers about the progress of the children and openly discuss how we can do better for the future," Delhi CM added. 














A mega parent-teacher meeting (PTM) is scheduled for Delhi government schools today, October 13 and tomorrow, October 14. The PTM will span two days to allow parents to choose a convenient time for their participation.

“Parents and teachers are the two vital pillars responsible for the all-round development of a child. Therefore, the interaction between them is indispensable for the betterment of the academic performance of students,” stated a circular issued by the Directorate of Education (DoE) to the schools.
