APPSC Recruitment 2018-19 for Extension Officer posts has been notified by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC), as per which, APPSC is inviting applications from female applicants to fill 109 vacancies for Extension Officer Grade-I (Supervisor) posts in A.P. Women Development and Child Welfare Subordinate Service. The online application submission is scheduled to begin on 28^th December 2018 on the official website of APPPSC  - psc.ap.gov.in and will conclude on 18^th January 2019, 11:59 pm.

Academic Qualifications:

Extension Officer Grade-I (Supervisor) – The applicant must be holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Home Science/ Bachelor’s of Social Work or should possess a Degree in Sociology, or B.Sc.,(Hons.) Food Science and Nutrition, or B.Sc., - Food & Nutrition, Botany / Zoology & Chemistry / Bio Chemistry, or B.Sc., -Applied Nutrition & Public Health, Botany / Zoology & Chemistry, or B.Sc., - Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics, Botany / Zoology & Chemistry, or B.Sc., -Applied Nutrition, Botany / Zoology & Chemistry / Bio Chemistry, or B.Sc., - Food Sciences & Quality Control, Zoology / Botany & Chemistry / Biological Chemistry, or B.Sc., - Food Sciences & Management, Botany / Zoology, Chemistry & Biological Chemistry, or B.Sc., - Food Technology & Botany / Zoology, Chemistry, Food Technology, Nutrition, Botany, Zoology & Chemistry or B.Sc., - Food Technology & Management, Botany / Zoology & Chemistry / Bio Chemistry.

Age-Limit:

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Written Examination and Oral Test.

Pay Scale:

The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 24,440 to Rs. 71,510.

The applicant needs to pay an application fee of Rs. 250/- via Credit card/Debit card/Internet banking.  For SC/ST applicants, the application fee will also the remain the same of Rs. 250/-
