AMU Admission 2021: Application Process For UG Programme Begins, Check Details Here

The admission process has started at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) for several courses including BSc, BA, BCom, engineering, and law courses.

New Delhi: Aligarh Muslim University has opened the AMU 2021 application form submission window for UG courses on June 11 at amucontrollerexams.com. The last date to fill the AMU 2021 application form for the UG programme is July 8 (without late fee) and July 15 (with a late fee of Rs 300).

Candidates will be selected on the basis of entrance test. The exam will be conducted in offline mode. The test shall be conducted at various centres in Aligarh (UP), Lucknow (UP), Srinagar (J&K), Kolkata (WB), Patna (Bihar), Kozhikode (Kerala) & Khanapara (Meghalaya).

AMU UG admission 2021: How to apply

• Open your browser search for the AMU official website at www.amucontrollerexams.com


• On the homepage, click on the link that reads, “Guide to Admission 2021-22 & Admission Forms for various courses are available now” under the ‘Admission tab’


• On the next page, click on ‘Application forms’


• Register yourself by providing essential details and a valid email id as well as mobile number


• Once the registration is done, re-login using the registration details


• Fill in all the required details and upload the scanned copy of the coloured Photo with white background, Signature, and thumb impression in JPG format


• Pay the required application fee and submit

Aspirants can fill AMU application form 2021 as well as pay the application fee online. Aspirants can pay the application fee using a debit card, credit card or net banking facility. All fields in the application form of AMU 2021 must be entered with correct details to avoid rejection of the form.

For scrutiny of the details entered by the candidates, the university accepts AMU application form 2021 only when it is submitted with scanned copies of all the original documents. The size of the scanned copies of the aspirant's signature and photograph must be between 20 KB and 200 KB and one in the JPG or JPEG format.

AMU UG admission 2021: Eligibility criteria

Educational qualification: The applicants must have passed the Senior Secondary School Certificate exam or equivalent with at least 55% marks in the relevant subjects.

Age Limit: The upper age limit of a candidate must not exceed 24 years as on  July in the year of admission.
