The India Meterological Department (IMD) predicted a clear sky with strong winds during the daytime on Tuesday, with maximum and minimum temperatures likely to settle around 38 and 22 degrees Celsius, respectively. It further stated that no heat wave conditions were expected in the national capital for next seven days.

Due to adverse weather conditions in Delhi, 15 flights have been diverted from the national capital, news agency ANI reported, citing an airport source. The source said that nine flights were diverted to Jaipur, two to Amritsar, two to Lucknow, one to Mumbai, and one to Chandigarh.
