Following Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi Singh's allegations against the Bharatiya Janata Party stating that the saffron party asked her to join the party or face the heat of the Enforcement Directorate, the BJP has served a legal notice on the Delhi Minister, seeking evidence to support her allegations.
Delhi BJP chief Virendraa Sachdeva stated: "We've given a legal notice to (Delhi Minister and AAP leader Atishi ) to provide evidence, We will not let her escape. This time she has to answer."
Virendraa Sachdeva slammed the Aam Aadmi Party saying that it is its nature to lie. "She (Delhi minister and AAP leader Atishi) is lying and her allegations are baseless and it is in AAP's nature to lie. We had given her time to apologise, but she didn't apologize. So we have sent a defamation notice," the BJP Delhi chief added.
