Delhi police have apprehended a juvenile for allegedly killing his 28-year-old tutor who sexually abused him on several occasions, officials informed on Saturday. They said the boy was apprehended on Friday after he allegedly murdered the man three ago with a sharp weapon in an act of revenge, news agency PTI reported. The officials received information on Wednesday around 2.15 p.m. that a flat on the second floor of a building at Batla House's Jamia Nagar was spotted as open with blood splattered outside the apartment.
As per the police, their team spotted the man's body on the floor with deep cut wounds on his neck, PTI reported.
According to PTI's report, a senior police officer informed that the deceased worked as a private tutor and used to live with his family opposite Makka Palace Hotel in Zakir Nagar.

The one-room apartment where the dead body was recovered was owned by the man's family.
The property was on rent and had been vacated by a tenant only a few days ago, the officer said, the report mentioned.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (South East) Rajesh Deo informed that the police probe found the deceased was allegedly homosexual and met the juvenile around two months ago after which he allegedly sexually assaulted him several times.
"The tutor even recorded a private video of his student and threatened to release it on social media if he did not listen to his demands," the DCP said, as reported by PTI.
On the day of the murder, the juvenile boy had received a call from his tutor to meet him at his Jamia Nagar house and he allegedly reached the flat with a sharp paper cutter and slit the man's throat before fleeing.
The police said that the accused was apprehended and the deceased tutor's mobile phone as well as the clothes and shoes worn by the juvenile at the time of the incident have been recovered.
