A 25-year-old man, identified as Salman, was allegedly stabbed to death by his girlfriend's father, Manzoor, and her brothers - Mohsin and a minor in Delhi. Preliminary inquiry has revealed that the girl’s family was opposed to their relationship, as reported by the news agency ANI. The incident occurred near Kalyan Cinema, Chauhan Banger, Jaffrabad. According to the police, a case of murder has been registered. Manzoor and his sons are absconding. Efforts are being made to trace them. Further investigation is underway in the case.






"A 25-year-old man, identified as Salman, was stabbed to death by his girlfriend's family. The family was against their friendship. 5-6 teams have been formed to arrest the accused," Deputy Commissioner of Police, North-East Joy Tirkey said, as quoted by ANI.


In another incident, the police had arrested three people in the Bengaluru double murder case last week in which a former employee killed the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of a tech company in the IT capital. "Three people arrested by the north east division police in the case," Lakshmi Prasad, DCP Northeast (Bengaluru) said. A former employee allegedly killed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Vinu Kumar and MD Phanindra Subramanya of Aeronics Internet Company along with two associates.
 
The police said the accused, armed with daggers, barged into the Aironics office on Tuesday evening and attacked Subramanya and when Kumar came to his rescue, he too was attacked with sharp weapons. When the attackers fled the spot, the other employees present at the time of the incident rushed them to the hospital.


However, they both died whiile they were being taken to the hospitak, police said. The incident occurred at Pampa Extension near Amrithahalli, a residential area here, where Aironics was functioning from a house converted into an office building, police said.
