Back-To-Back Murders In Bihar
A similar incident came to light in Darbhanga on July 15 last month, wherein the father of Vikassheel Insaan Party's national president Mukesh Sahni was murdered with a sharp weapon while he was sleeping. His mutilated body was found in the house. The incident sparked a massive uproar as the Opposition slammed the government over the murder, alleging a breakdown of the law-and-order situation in the state.
In June, a 40-year-old man was shot dead by bike-borne miscreants on the Lohianagar railway bridge in Begusarai.
