A 29-year-old guy was stabbed to death at a tin industry bus stop in Bengaluru earlier this evening, news agency PTI reported. The police arrived on the scene. The victim has been identified as Rafiq Ahmed.

Speaking about the incident, Whitefield DCP Dr Sanjeev M Patil stated: "A man namely Rafiq Ahmed died at a bus stop at Tin Factory in Bengaluru. It looks like he was stabbed to death, accused was known to him."
More details regarding the incident are awaited.

Earlier last month, three drunk robbers attacked and killed a 32-year-old man Gurfan in northeast Delhi's Welcome area, police had said. The thieves, identified as Kapil Chaudhary (25), and Sohail (22), were equipped with knives and assaulted two others in the same location, injuring them. According to Northeast Deputy Commissioner of Police Joy Tirkey, one of the injured was a 25-year-old Sher Mohammad of Janta Mazdoor Colony in Welcome who was stabbed in the abdomen. He saved himself by sheltering inside a home. Notably, the third victim identified as 22-year-old Sharik was also stabbed in his neck but he ran away to save himself.
