In December last year, two men were dragged under a moving truck on the Agra highway for a considerable distance, leaving one of them screaming for help. A video of the horrifying incident had then gone viral on social media. The victims, including a man identified as Zakir, were trapped beneath the truck with their motorbike. The 36-second clip shows Zakir, his head protruding from under the vehicle, gesticulating towards passing bikers for assistance as the truck accelerated.

Speaking from his hospital bed, Zakir, who had visible bruises on his face, recounted the ordeal. "We screamed a lot, but he didn’t stop and dragged us away," he said, as quoted by NDTV. "We were returning home after having our meal. As soon as we crossed a truck, it hit the accelerator. Our bike got stuck under it, and so did our leg."
