A video capturing passengers of an IndiGo flight shouting at ground staff at Mumbai airport has gone viral on social media. The incident took place near a boarding gate, where passengers were seen in an intense exchange with female ground staff members. The video has sparked widespread reactions online.

The viral clip shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), shows visibly frustrated passengers loudly confronting two female ground staff members. One male passenger is seen aggressively demanding updates on the delayed flight.

Another female passenger is heard yelling, "Dusre sab flights chale gaye, yeh kyun nahi jaa raha hai?" (Other flights have departed; why isn’t this one leaving?). In response, one of the ground staff members calmly explained, "The crew has an issue."

The man, dressed in a white shirt, continues shouting, saying, "Aap log sirf mundi hila rahe ho, kuchh kar nahi rahe ho" (You’re just nodding your heads and doing nothing). He added, "Yeh flight nahi jaayegi" (This flight won’t depart).

Another female passenger is heard telling a security officer, "Call your manager. Only then will we allow other passengers to leave."

Netizens React to Viral Video

After the video surfaced online, social media users were quick to express their views. Many criticised the passengers’ behaviour while praising the calm demeanour of the two female ground staff.

One user commented, "The frustration is understandable, but the truth is the ground staff can’t do anything. It’s like shouting at a wall hoping it’ll open a door!"

Another wrote, "Hats off to this airline staff for maintaining calm in the chaos."

Other comments included, "That man’s behaviour is unacceptable! I get that flight delays are frustrating, but he shouldn’t have gotten in her face. Ground staff are powerless in such situations."

Another user remarked, "I understand their frustration, but it’s important to stay calm and respectful when dealing with airline staff. Aggressive behaviour could lead to serious consequences, such as being placed on a no-fly list."
