The viral video captures vehicles stranded on a snow-covered road, with tourists struggling to prevent cars from sliding uncontrollably. One vehicle appears precariously positioned at the edge of a gorge. As the video ends, a woman while walking the snow road also skids off suddenly.
The first snowfall of the season in the state on Sunday has turned the mountains into a winter wonderland with locals and tourists taking pictures and videos. However, many people had terrifying experiences while moving through the hill station in their vehicles.

Sparking safety concerns for tourists navigating accident-prone areas in Himachal Pradesh during heavy snowfall, the footage has garnered widespread attention. One of the social media users said, "Will engine braking would work or not in such situations?"
The next said, "This type of problems I want in my life."
"Creta Driver be like kisko trust Karu khud ko yah Aapko finally bach geya," another said.
Another also stated, "I was in same situation yesterday in dhanaulti and people were saying break chod do.. i have automatic and brake chod du to speed to 50 tak aa jayegi how someone will drive automatic without break . Anyone have that knowledge here?"
The next also reacted by saying, "Why no vehicles have chains attached to their tyres? It's basic 101 funda for these vehicles to have chains in every vehicles."
"Sometimes a good road is a disaster and sometimes potholes are good," a netizen added.
