The Delhi airport will suspend flight operations for over 2 hours everyday for the next eight days, said airport operator DIAL on Saturday.
Delhi International Airport (DIAL) said there will be no flight arrivals and departures between 10:20 am and 12:45 pm for the next eight days till January 26 in view of the Republic Day week, reported PTI.
"As per the NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) issued for Republic Day week from 19th to 26th Jan 2025, no flights would be arriving or departing from Delhi Airport between 10:20 AM to 12:45 PM IST," DIAL said in a post on X.
The operator also advised passengers to check with the airlines concerned for updated flight information.
In response to the closure of airspace for the two-hour window at Delhi Airport, Imphal Airport issued a notice stating flight schedules will remain impacted there as well between January 19 and January 26.
IndiGo flight 6E2617 from Delhi to Imphal "will see changes," the airport said.

Further details about the impact of the curbs on the earlier scheduled flights of various airlines could not be immediately ascertained.
However, air carriers advised passengers to have more time in hand and check their flight status before heading out.
Air India urged the passengers travelling to and from Delhi between January 19 and 26 to "allow themselves more time and check the status of their flights before heading to the airport, due to Republic Day restrictions."
IndiGo also issued a traffic advisory requesting passengers to plan ahead of their journey.
"Security formalities may take slightly longer than usual due to increased measures at all airports, so plan ahead to reach the airport slightly earlier to avoid last-minute rushes," IndiGo in a post on X.
In view of the Republic Day rehearsals, Delhi police have issued a traffic advisory for commuters taking routes from Kartavyapath to Rafi Marg Crossing, Janpath Crossing, Maningh Road Crossing, and C-Hexagon will have traffic restrictions.
