Renault's next big launches for the Indian market are the new Duster and the 7-seater version of that shown as the Bigster here. The Bigster is the biggest Dacia yet or for Renault in India it would be their biggest model yet in terms of size or price. Set to launch in India after the new Duster, the Bigster would be a 7-seater SUV and come with a lot of features such as improved acoustics with thicker glass, a panoramic sunroof, a powered drivers seat and dual zone air conditioning plus more.

It will have more features than the new Duster and similarly in India expect the Bigster to have more features over the 5-seater version although specs for our market could differ. The Bigster is their biggest SUV and comes with some styling changes over the new Duster. It is a good looking car while being an evolution of the Bigster concept seen earlier with rugged cladding, big wheels and a muscular front-end. There are upto 19-inch wheels too while it will get 4x4 which means it would be a hardcore family three row SUV to compete with the likes of the Scorpio N.

The Bigster will come with strong and mild hybrid petrols while for India we can expect mild hybrids but no diesel as Renault will only sell with a petrol mild hybrid set-up here in India when the Bigster will eventually be launched here. The Bigster could come to India only in about 2026 after the debut of the new Duster by next year while being more premium in terms of its price vs its 5 seater sibling.
