According to UIDAI, Aadhaar related information in 13 languages can be taken through the helpline. These languages include Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu. Now children also need Aadhaar cards . This can be useful for their school admission etc. If the child is below 5 years of age , then you can get the Aadhaar made without biometric data. It is also known as Baal Aadhaar.
If your child is below five years of age, then you can get Baal Aadhaar made. Aadhaar issued for children is blue in colour. For Baal Aadhaar , wherever the identity of the child is required, their parents have to accompany. But when the child is five years old, they have to go to the permanent Aadhaar center nearby and get the biometric details registered with the same Aadhaar number.
