Aadhaar card update: Aadhaar holders whose cards were issued more than 10 years ago and have not been updated since will need to provide proof of identity and address for revalidation. The deadline for updating these details is set for September 14, 2024. In an another development, the government is set to launch a nationwide registration of farmers to issue them unique IDs similar to Aadhaar, Agriculture Secretary Devesh Chaturvedi announced on Monday.
