In a generous gesture just a week before the Diwali celebrations, the owner of a pharmaceutical company based in Panchkula has gifted 15 cars to his employees. MK Bhatia, the director and owner of Mits Healthcare, referred to his top performers as "celebrities," highlighting their hard work and dedication.

This act of appreciation followed last year’s noteworthy event when he made headlines for gifting 12 cars to his staff, reinforcing a culture of recognition and reward within the company.

We don't call them 'employees' we call them our celebrities, our rockstars. They are our family," Bhatia told ANI news agency, highlighting that the company operates "a little differently."

"We mostly hire freshers and train them. We then promote the best-performing members among them to vice-presidents of their respective teams. Depending on their work, they are then promoted to become the presidents and directors of the teams before providing them with the cars," Bhatia said. He also mentioned that all of his employees are under the age of 28.

All 15 employees who received cars this year were promoted to directors just four months ago. "We want to gift 50 cars next year," Bhatia shared. He explained that the goal is to inspire young professionals to enhance their performance. The businessman expressed his desire for them to grow alongside the company.

The initiative to gift cars as a way to boost employee morale was inspired by Bhatia’s own journey. He shared with ANI that he bought his first car after achieving success as an entrepreneur, believing it would make others take him more seriously.

"My confidence level also spiked. That's the same logic I applied (with my employees)," he explained. Over time, some of the young professionals initially didn’t know how to drive, but they quickly learned, and their lifestyles transformed once they began using the vehicles gifted to them.
