Hexaware Technologies is scheduled to reveal the final allotment for its initial public offering on Monday. The company’s maiden offer was open for subscription from February 12 to 14, 2025. The issue was priced in the range of Rs 674 to Rs 708 apiece and comprised entirely of an offer-for-sale (OFS) component worth Rs 8,750 crore.
The OFS was issued by promoter CA Magnum Holdings, which owned a 95.03 per cent stake in the firm prior to the issue. The promoter is also a part of the Carlyle Group Inc.

The company’s IPO received active interest from investors and was subscribed 2.66 times. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) turned out in majority for the issue and subscribed 0.09 times. However, the portion of the IPO reserved for non-institutional investors (NIIs), retail investors, and employees was subscribed only 20 per cent, 11 per cent, and 32 per cent respectively.
The issue failed to impress in the grey market as well. According to IPOJi, the issue was commanding a negligible premium of Rs 1 in the grey market on Monday. The grey market premium indicates the potential performance of a company once it gets listed in the official stock market. This provides a measure of investors' confidence in the listing and how it will fare on its debut. The grey market runs parallel to the stock market and provides an unofficial platform for traders to place their bets before an issue begins trading on the exchanges.
