Gold-Silver Price Today: Gold and silver prices in the country have registered a marginal rise today after five consecutive days of decline. Gold gained 0.50 percent to Rs 46,089 per ten grams on MCX (MCX) today. Yesterday, its prices fell 1.3 percent to a 4-month low.  


Silver prices also witnessed a rise on Tuesday. Today, silver prices have gone up by 0.90 percent to Rs 63,198 per kg. Silver was recorded at Rs 62,637 per ten grams in the last session.  


Gold prices fall globally 


Gold prices fell in the global markets. Today, spot gold has reached its record low with $1,730.47 an ounce. Meanwhile, US gold rose 0.4 percent today to $1,732.90 an ounce. The changes in gold and silver prices in India depend on the international market. The demand for gold and silver in MCX trading also has a huge impact on the prices of these metals.
