Many a times we wish that we could just wake up and get to work straight from bed. Well Amazon chief and world’s richest man Jeff Bezos is living the dream! Recently, Bezos shared an image on his Instagram profile donning pajamas and heading to a broad meeting at his Seattle office. Wearing a black night suit along with bedroom slippers, Bezos surely caught the eyeballs of many and stood out from the rest of his team. The founder of the tech giant also explained his unusual selection of attire. Along with the picture, Bezzos wrote, “Why am I wearing pajamas to an Amazon board meeting? September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month and each year Amazon partners with @ACCOrg to raise awareness of childhood cancer – second leading cause of death for kids in the U.S. between ages 4 and 14.”

He also said that all Amazon employees across the globe will follow the same attire and wear their pajamas to work. “Another way we’re raising awareness is through our special #GoGold boxes – you may receive one during September. Never have I been more comfortable at an Amazon board meeting!,” his post read further.

Pjammin events are hosted for kids suffering with Cancer by anyone who desires to stand in solidarity for the thousands of children living in their pajamas for months while receiving medical treatment. Soon after Bezos shared the initiative on social media, employees across the world joined their boss to raise awareness about cancer and support the casue.
