New Delhi (India), December 11: Parul University once again ignited the spark of innovation and inspired transformative change during the 2nd Edition of the I.I.M.U.N Vadodara Conclave held on December 5 and 6, 2023. The campus played host to a convergence of eminent personalities from diverse fields, aiming to share insights and experiences and inspire over 16,000 students present at the premier gathering.


Distinguished guests such as General Manoj Pande, Ajay Piramal, Admiral R. Hari Kumar, Lara Dutta, Ananya Birla, and others graced the stage at the Vadodara Student Conclave. However, the highlight of the event was the captivating interaction with Padma Shri A.S. Kiran Kumar, the former Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).


Hosted by actors Nakuul Mehta and Aahana Kumra, the event commenced with Rishabh Shah, the founder of IIMUN, praising collaboration and emphasizing the importance of youth. Dr. Devanshu Patel, President of Parul University, set the tone by stating, "Awareness begins by knowing what you do not know, but wisdom begins when you embrace the transformative power that knowledge brings to your life."


While the armed forces panel shared insights, including Admiral R. Hari Kumar's reflections on life in the Indian Navy, the spotlight turned to Air Marshal Makarand Ranade, emphasizing the significance of mental and physical fitness in aspiring to be in the Armed Forces.


The conclave fostered discussions with renowned personalities like Lara Dutta, Guneet Monga Kapoor, and Ananya Birla. Amb. T.P. Sreenivasan and Amb. Basant Gupta reflected on India's internationalization policies and building international relations in diplomacy, respectively.


Ajay Piramal, Chairman of the Piramal Group, encouraged students to strive for uniqueness, and the I.I.M.U.N Vadodara Conclave emerged as a hub for collaboration, inspiration, and transformative leadership.


Padma Shri A.S. Kiran Kumar's interaction brought a cosmic perspective to the event, as he shared insights into space science, the growth of space research in India, and ISRO's development. Drawing inspiration from ISRO's accomplishments, he advised students, "Whatever opportunity comes, depending on your readiness, you'll be ready to grasp."


The evening was enriched with entertainment from Ananya Birla, Mame Khan's soulful folk performance, and the electrifying dance by Yo Highness. The conclave left an indelible mark on the 16,000-strong audience, contributing to their personal and professional development.
