By riding a quad bike through the challenging and treacherous Khardungla pass in Leh Ladakh while 80 percent disabled, Dr. Singh just set a world record. He entered the World Book of Records in London as the first and only physically challenged individual to do so through this brave, challenging endeavor. The World Record certificate was presented to him by the Governor of Ladakh.

In Raj Niwas, Leh, Ladakh, he handed Dr. Singh a Certificate of World Record for his historic accomplishment and congratulated him via an official tweet. Senior Superintendent of Police Mrs. P.D.
