While you might know this eminent name for his captivating cinematic videos and laudable portraits of innumerable celebs in India, the photographer is also famous overseas for his skills. He has not only shot weddings in his hometown but has also covered some of the most iconic weddings in Dubai, which also includes Gauri and Yogi Mehta. Having photographed weddings in different countries, Rohit Sulakhe has gained tremendous experience.


Sharing some insights on how weddings differ, he said, "To begin with, it is important to understand that there are some key differences in traditions and cultures. We experience diversity in the dresses and colours, events and decorations, post-wedding activities, and more."


While he has shot some international weddings, he still finds it exciting when he has a chance to shoot them in India. "You get so much to experiment with Indian-themed weddings as there are multiple rituals," Rohit added.


Lastly, he said, "Be it any wedding, it's the people and their zeal that make it lively. I have always believed in capturing emotions, and this can be glimpsed in massive quantities at all weddings across the globe. It's just how you approach it!"


Rohit Sulakhe started his journey by doing wedding photography, and to date, he has shot numerous. However, he viewed every wedding with a unique stance and employed a creative vision to make it unusual. Besides being a wedding photographer, Rohit has a rich work history in Bollywood as well.
