A two-month old speech of Mizoram Chief Minister Lalduhoma has now gone viral and created a controversy. In the speech, delivered on September 4 in Indiana, US, Lalduhoma talked about the unity of Zo tribes, which he said were living under the governments of three countries (India, Bangladesh and Myanmar).
