New Delhi: Royal Enfield will showcase its Hunter 350 on the 5th of this month and the launch would take place a few days later as well, on August 7. While the engine is the same that is used on the Classic 350 and Meteor 350, there are some changes in terms of the design with the brand targeting a new segment of riders. The power output stands at 20.2hp with the torque being at 27Nm.

However, being around 15kgs less in weight than the Classic 350 or Meteor, the performance would be improved. Let us talk about dimensions, here the Hunter 350 has a wheelbase of 1,370mm and a length of 2055mm.

In terms of colours, the Enfield Hunter will come with dual-tone and single-tone colours too with 8 in total and depending on the variant. Some colours are specific via its app while the top-end variant will get dual-tone colours. Design-wise, the bike will come with a teardrop-shaped fuel, and a single-piece seat with a lower seat height.

In order to get to its aggressive pricing, Royal Enfield will cut corners in terms of features and will make it more affordable than the Meteor 350 and the Classic 350.

Hence, expect a starting price of Rs 1.5 lakh and that will get more buyers into RE ownership while you would be missing out on features like the absence of Tripper navigation and getting single-channel ABS. The bike would be aimed at the likes of the Honda CB350 RS and the Yezdi Scrambler.
