New Delhi: Maruti will launch the new Brezza next month and it will also be one of the most important new cars along with having many changes. The new Brezza would continue to be based on the Global C platform but Maruti has strengthened it and has made the build quality tougher by using stronger steel.
Styling-wise the new Brezza would have a new design identity while still keeping the slightly boxy looks intact. However, there is a new look front-end as you can see with new DRLs and headlamp design along with new bumpers. The rear styling and alloy wheels would also be new. The interior though is the biggest change with an all-new look and dashboard design plus stronger build quality too.
Like the new Baleno, there would be a new 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with connected car technology along with a premium audio system. It would also get a new instrument cluster while not being fully digital while also getting a Heads up display which would be the segment-first feature. Another first for a Maruti would be a sunroof as the new Brezza finally gets a sunroof which would be there on the top-end model.
We would also see 6 airbags while a 5-star GNCAP rating could also be coming soon. There would be no diesel as instead, the new Brezza would get a dual jet 1.5l petrol engine with mild-hybrid tech which would increase efficiency. Another new highlight would be the 6-speed automatic which has been seen with the new XL6 recently. The Standard would be a 5-speed manual. The new Brezza would be launched towards the end of next month so stay tuned for more information leading up to the launch.
