New Delhi: The XUV400 is the latest entrant in the EV space and it slots in above the EV MAX while also competing with the likes of the MG ZS EV. The XUV400's range and features have been revealed which means here is a quick comparison of the numbers between the three.



Which is the biggest?

The XUV400 has a length of 4200mm, the Nexon EV Max has a length of 3993mm while the ZS comes in at 4323mm. In terms of wheelbase the XUV400 is 2600mm, while the Nexon EV and MG ZS come in at 2498mm/2581mm.


Which EV has the best range?

The XUV400 has a 39.4kW battery pack with a range of 456km. The EV Max has a range of 437km while the ZS EV has a range of 461km. In terms of battery pack, the EV Max has a 40.5kw battery pack while the MG has a 50.3kW battery pack. All three have regenerative braking and different modes.

Which EV has more features?

All three EVs get premium features like sunroof, climate control, connected car tech and more. The Mahindra gets OTA updates while the Nexon EV Max gets ventilated seats along with the MG getting a 360 degree view camera and more. Both the Mahindra and MG get six airbags vs two on the Tata Nexon EV Max.



Which is the best value?

Nexon EV Max is priced from Rs 18.3 lakh to Rs 20.04 lakh while the MG ZS is priced from Rs 21.99 lakh to Rs 25.88 lakh. The XUV400 from Mahindra will have its price reveal in January of next year. In terms of prices, the XUV400 will slot in closer to the Nexon EV Max. Overall, the XUV400 is another option for the EV buyer between Rs 15-25 lakh.
