    Sawan Shivratri is one of the most important days of the month. Devotees offer Ganga water to Lord Shiva. Performing Jalabhishek on Sawan Shivratri grants liberation.




  • August 4, 2024 (Sunday) - Shravan Amavasya, Hariyali Amavasya


    On Hariyali Amavasya, performing rituals for ancestors, taking holy baths, and donating are considered auspicious. Planting Tulsi, Peepal, Amla, Banyan, and Bel trees earns eternal merit.
