New Delhi: In a shocking incident reported from Andhra Pradesh, a biker's body was dragged for 18 kilometres following collision with car driver in Ananthapuramu in Andhra Pradesh.


The collision occurred when a car and a bike collided, causing Erriswamy to be thrown into the air and subsequently onto the car, where he succumbed to his injuries. After the collission, the car driver drove the car for 18 kilometres with the victim's body on the roof of the vehicle.


The driver of the car fled the scene and is still at large. Authorities responded by registering a murder case and launching extensive efforts to apprehend the driver. The driver of the car continued driving for approximately 18 kilometers without halting, finally coming to a stop at Hanimireddypalli before fleeing the scene. As investigations unfold, authorities are piecing together the full sequence of events surrounding this appalling incident, reported news agency PTI.


Sub-Inspector Atmakuru Muneer Ahmed revealed that upon receiving reports of the accident involving an Innova vehicle, law enforcement officers promptly initiated an investigation. However, the initial search at the scene failed to locate the body of the biker. The driver, whose identity remains unknown as of now, abandoned the vehicle after triggering an alarm.

Despite this, authorities managed to find important information, including the vehicle's registration number. Additionally, they activated the mobile phone discovered within the vehicle, enhancing the scope of their investigation. As more details are awaited about the incident.


3 Killed In An Accident On Delhi Meerut Expressway


Similary, in an incident unfolded on the Delhi Meerut Expressway three people, including those of two children, lost thier lives in a car accident. According to police reports, the incident, captured on CCTV, occurred on a March 31, when a car collided with a stationary truck.


Victims were among eleven students from Amroha district who were on thier way to Jamia Millia Islamia University for a class 6 entrance exam. Their car collided with a stationary truck on the expressway, adding to the horror, another truck plowed into the vehicle from behind, inflicting injuries, Police said, reported by PTI.
