Former Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu wrote to ACB Court alleging security lapses in the prison on Friday. Earlier, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu's wife Nara Bhuvaneswari and his family members were deeply worried over his health issues in Rajahmundry Central Jail.

 

In a letter to the special judge of ACB Court Vijayawada, he brought to the court’s notice a few untoward incidents that occurred in and around the jail which may endanger his ‘life and limb despite being a Z+ category security protectee'.










Accusing the current government and ruling party leaders of jeopardizing his security, he urged the judge to ensure comprehensive security measures in and around the prison, equivalent to the Z+ category security cover he has been granted.

According to family members, Chandrababu Naidu is said to have lost five kilograms of weight and is currently battling with skin allergy and dehydration. The former Chief Minister has been incarcerated for about a month now in relation to a case of skill development scam.


Taking to X, Nara Bhuvaneswari said, "I am deeply concerned for my husband's well-being, as the Govt of Andhra Pradesh has failed to provide him with the timely medical care he urgently needs while he remains in prison."










She expressed concern over Chandrababu Naidu's weight loss of 5 kilograms in jail, emphasizing that any additional weight reduction could pose a serious threat to his kidneys.
