Locals gathered at the spot after word about the incident spread. The immediate cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. No casualties have been reported in the incident so far.
Earlier this week, on June 22, a fire broke out in a private bus due to a technical fault in K Bitragunta village of Prakasam District in the early morning hours, as per ANI.
The private bus carrying 25 passengers caught fire at K Bitragunta village in the Prakasam district of Andhra Pradesh, fire department officials said, as per ANI's report. The bus was on its way from Hyderabad to Pondicherry on National Highway 16 when it caught fire due to a technical malfunction.

The driver immediately alerted the passengers, who made it out safely, the officials further informed. However, the luggage of the passengers was burnt in the blaze.
