New Delhi [India], Apr. 06 (ANI): In the past few years, the terms natural and organic have been used a lot and are now quite famous among the millennial because of the increasing thought of being healthy.

A recent TechSci report forecast that India's organic food market is set to grow by 25 percent over the next 4 years, with a Yes Bank report stating that India's organic food sector will increase from a current estimate of Euro 370 million to Euro 10 billion by 2025.

Rachel Berliner, co-founder Amy's Kitchen, speaking on the changing organic market culture, said, "As an international brand with over 30 years of experience in the organic market, we see a huge potential for the growing organic market in India. When Amy's was founded in the US, the organic market was in its infancy. We helped work on the original national standards and were considered one of the pioneering brands in helping create a US organic industry. We're now seeing the same culinary and health needs that drove the growth of organic in the US, present in India now."

In addition, restaurants too are now considering to enter the organic segment and providing consumers with the best taste and health.

To add into the thoughts, Chef Om Nayak, The Pasta Bowl Company, said, "The practice of producing and procuring sustainable foodstuffs like vegetables and fruits without using any type of chemicals have always gathered both interest and appreciation from many. People these days from all walks of life are more than ready to invest in healthy and chemical-free produce that can benefit their overall health in the long run, and are doing their bit to promote healthy living within society. Even we get the vegetables from organic farms which are pesticides free and the flavours it brings to your food is tremendous."

The nascent stage, where the lifestyle of the consumers is changing and is moving towards a healthier and a better manner, it is very important to go ahead with organic food produce and create awareness amongst the farmers to promote the same. Heading into a world where one believes in being healthy and protected it is very important to give the best. (ANI)
