New Delhi [India], July 30 (ANI): Bollywood actor Aditi Rao Hydari looked stunning in a long, embroidered white gown as she walked the ramp with utmost grace and style for designer Gaurav Gupta on Day six of the ongoing India Couture Week 2017 in New Delhi.
The 30-year-old actress opted for a minimal make up on and no accessories. She kept her hair open and added a slightly wet, messy look to her tresses. The actress looked nothing less than an angel when she sashayed down the ramp.
Speaking to the media post the event, Aditi said walking the ramp for Gaurav Gupta was very special for her as he was the first person who encouraged her and dressed her during her initial years.
"This was a special show as it was the first time I was walking for Gaurav. He is one of the first people to encourage and dress me up, when I was fairly new in the industry. I remember I went into his factory and sat there the whole day. He pampered me. I mixed and matched different bits from all his collections - old and new - he made me feel like a real princess. From that day to now, I am so close to him and he is so protective of me. He always saves the nicest clothes for me. Often, I end up stealing the best ones," she said.
Giving an insight about the collection, Gaurav told media, "I have been very truthful to myself while designing this collection. It's inspired by nature, forest, a fantasy space, almost like a parallel world that is happening on the moon, which is taking place in a fairy tale way. It is like art-like sculptures made into garments, which are wearable."
Gaurav showcased his couture collection titled 'Moondust' that featured garments with western silhouettes and had lots of sparkle and looked exquisite and heavenly.
His couture pieces totally floored the audiences, who were all gaga about the divinity in the designer's ensembles. (ANI)
