Abuja [Nigeria], May 01 (ANI): At least 20 people have been killed in a blast that took place in the north-east Nigerian town of Mubi on Tuesday.

The Islamist militant group Boko Haram is said to be behind the blast which took place near a mosque, according to media reports.

Earlier on March 26, an extremist group attacked Maiduguri city in which four people were said to be killed.
